At the end of August, we will begin recording AND filming for season three of The Giving Gifts Podcast. As the podcast continues to transform it will be such a gift to add a video component as well. To really see the life behind the words you hear!
The intent of The Podcast is to remain a safe space for real people to share real stories as they navigate using their gifts in this world, in hopes that this will spur on conversation and opportunities for the listener AND viewer to consider their gifts in this world!
If you have not already listened to all 22 episodes from Seasons one and two now is a great time to catch up before Season three comes at you on September 12th!
If you were around at the beginning of 2020, Creative Tides may sound familiar to you. Little did I know, I was launching an events business right before the whole world shut down.
It did not make a ton of sense then and now two and a half years later I am more sure and motivated that Creative Tides is really needed.

Creative Tides will be launching a planning process that navigates not only the logistics of planning a wedding but covers the emotional, spiritual, and mental components as well! This planning process will be available as a PDF download and for print through Creative Tides website, Amazon, Etsy, and possibly even Barnes & Noble!!!
I am bringing on a team of five incredibly gifted and unique coordinators from all over California & Mexico and one insanely talented human in a business development role. To tell you that I am excited for this team aspect is such an incredible understatement.
The vision for Creative Tides is a big part of the vision for The Giving Gifts to move towards sustainable funding with a social impact business model, Creative Tides will be giving 10% of the profit directly to The Giving Gifts.
You may have picked up on the little hint about a children’s book making its way to the world this fall!
Shellebrate is a sweet little story about learning to celebrate…or in this case “Shellebrate”! Celebrating culture, diversity, one another, and yourself!
Illustrated by the incredibly talented Guadalupe Alonso, a phenomenal artist here in Mexico. Guadalupe has an incredible gift of communicating beautifully through art.
Similar to Creative Tides, Shellebrate will also be a part of the vision for The Giving Gifts to move towards sustainable funding with a social impact business model. A portion of the profits from each book will go directly to The Giving Gifts, creating more opportunities for individuals all over the world to identify and use their gifts in their own community!
The hopes is the Shellebrate will go to print early this fall and land in hands late October…just in time for the holiday season!
Here is the thing…when it comes down to it if it was not for people literally none of this would matter at all. It is because we have the gift of being in a relationship with one another that any of this matters and I actually believe it matters a whole lot! Think about it…all of these opportunities are really people using their gifts to create opportunities for others to use their gifts and on and on and on. This is what I mean when I say The Giving Gifts is about gifts that continue to give!
