About a week ago, we shared the vision for project ThankFull and have begun encouraging you to sign up, share your location on the map, and consider donating to get a pair of branded “project thankfull” cleanup gloves.
Project ThankFull is the first integration of this new wave of The Giving Gifts. Integrating a deeper sense of sustainability in all we do and how we do it. Integrating a hands-on approach to having an impact in your community and the world around you. Behind the scenes, Nicole and I are diving deeper into what this year will hold, and seriously, I can not wait to share all of it with you.
Something I love about Project Thankfull is that it will look different for every person who participates. Yet, even in the midst of our different experiences, we have this opportunity to be connected.
Holidays for me are a challenging time, I think this is true for a lot of people, for a lot of different reasons. For me, it’s a time when I tend to experience a certain kind of loneliness. So when given this opportunity to practice gratitude in a way that also connects me and other people all over the world…gosh, I just think that is SO cool!
If this is your first time or maybe your 20th time hearing about Project Thankfull, I want to encourage you to think about who in this world you would like to feel connected to on November 23rd.
By participating in Project Thankfull, you are creating the space for that connection. Space to consider who, what, and why you’re thankful. A space to tangibly practice gratitude in a hands-on way by noticing and being mindful of trash that is right in front of you. I truly believe that the practice of gratitude is one of the greatest gifts we are given and can share with one another. Here are three ways I would love for you to be part of Project ThankFull with me….
